The responsibility for these AI services lies with the respective third-party providers, and SumAI is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims that may arise from your use of these services.

The App offers a premium subscription plan, which provides additional features and benefits. By subscribing to the premium plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any taxes associated with your subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it in accordance with the App's cancellation policy.

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through the App. Upon cancellation, your premium benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.

All content, features, and functionality within the App are owned by SumAI, its licensors, or other content providers, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of the App's content without the prior written consent of SumAI or the respective rights holder.

In no event will SumAI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but notlimited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SumAI, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App, including, but not limited to, your user content, any use of the App's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the App.

SumAI ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our SumAI mobile application (the "App"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you should not use our App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. The only personal information we collect is your phone number, which is used to create and manage your account, provide customer support, and communicate with you. All other data related to your use of the App is stored locally on your device and not collected by us.
